1. The Service

KaiNews aggregates news from third-party publishers and applies the KAI engine for analysis, summaries, and fact-checking aids. We do not publish original reporting unless submitted through the Citizen Journalism Hub, which is subject to review.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Do not scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer our APIs or infrastructure.
• Citizen submissions must be good-faith eyewitness or on-the-ground reports.

3. AI analysis disclaimer

KAI outputs are informational aids, not legal, medical, or financial advice. AI can be wrong — always verify important claims with primary sources. KaiNews presents evidence; conclusions are yours.

4. Third-party content

Headlines, images, and article links belong to their respective publishers. KaiNews provides attribution and links to original sources. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.

5. Accounts

Optional sign-in syncs saved stories via Firebase. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
